The experience was quite good. The property itself was beautiful, the rooms were comfortable, and most aspects of the service met expectations.

- • The breakfast was extremely disappointing and unfortunately did not match the standard of a five-star hotel at all. The entire buffet was repeatedly empty, and the staff did not manage to refill the food in a timely manner. Basic items were missing for long periods, which made the whole experience frustrating. Considering the price of the stay, this was really not acceptable. Breakfast is an important part of the overall experience, and in this case, it felt completely neglected. It definitely did not feel worth the money and was a major letdown. I hope the hotel improves this aspect, as it significantly impacts an otherwise pleasant stay.
