Everything! Very friendly and helpful staff, fantastic beds, never seen such a clean room, and we often travel to different hotels. Breakfast is neat and tasty! Even complimentary port wine in the bar and in the room! We hesitated for a few days but are very happy we chose this hotel. I recommend it to everyone!

Friendly staff. Good English speakers with good knowledge of the area. Breakfast is good, and the complimentary port is mmmmmmmm. Cozy and pleasant environment. Very close to the center. Good food everywhere. Also nice is the high tea from 14:00-18:00 at the hotel.
