The facilities, being able to access the children's attractions area is ideal. The hotel staff, both at the reception, the restaurant, and the entertainment, were friendly and helpful.

Great stay, will be back!
The scent in the lobby is beautiful. The staff are kind and helpful, and the facilities are great. The soft play staff are amazing, and so were the snack bar staff in the theme park. The girls on the attractions were also very nice.
