The attention provided was unsurpassed
Everything went well. This was a very last minute reservation (same day) and when I arrived - well before check-in time - we were greeted warmly and provided a room immediately. The facility itself is spacious, filled with light and well laid out. We chose the 'Level' accommodations and were more than delighted - continually impressed with the offerings provided. The staff throughout are all top tier - friendly, multilingual, attentive, helpful, and knowledgeable. In our case, as we unexpectedly needed an additional night, the staff went above and beyond their standard.

Spoilt by the stealth charges.
Good location and breakfast had a good spread. The breakfast room was beautifully set up like a green room.

- • Sadly the kettle in the room was no good. After the first tea nothing is refilled unless you pay. This is not mentioned anywhere. Similarly, the pool water was freezing cold and we were told to get a towel card from the reception to use the pool. Upon check out, I was informed that I owed €60 for 3 towels. What a rip off. Hidden charges for everything and you are not told which spoiled the stay. I would not stay again. There are plenty of good options on the same road.
A relaxing hotel with a great pool area and fantastic staff! Would definitely stay here again.
Fantastic pool (which you can properly swim in) and outside area, friendly accommodating staff and The Level. (That was definitely worth the extra money). Very near Santa Justa Airport, Sevilla Stadium, and shopping area.

- • 25 mins to walk to the main attractions, but ok if you're happy to walk and browse. Rooms don't have balconies or terraces.
