Noisy but great location and staff
The room was very comfortable and clean. The pool was fantastic and staff were so helpful.

- • Our room was on level 2 on the street side. There’s a mosque across the room with a loudspeaker so the 4:30am call to prayer was quite loud in our room. There was also a busker at the traffic lights outside our window each night with music blaring until 10pm. Neither of these were the hotel’s fault but it was not restful so I would recommend a room facing the interior/pool side.
Everything, especially the approach to my daughter's gluten-free diet. Special breakfast for her, and in the evening a plate of delicacies brought to the room.

Short stay in the heart of Yogyakarta
Excellent structure a stone's throw from the main street of Yogyakarta, spacious and clean rooms! Abundant international breakfast and plenty of space for the little ones

Great hotel with lovely staff
Great location to explore Yogyakarta, an easy stroll to Malioboro street for some shopping. The hotel has some lovely restaurants we used all three and all were reasonably priced. The hotel arranged a transfer for us to the airport and all the staff were very friendly and super nice. I’d recommend staying at the Melia if you want a good central base to explore the wider region of Yogyakarta. We will certainly be back as there is still so much we haven’t seen.
