Great Experience
First of all, we were welcomed very positively and encountered a peaceful environment, which was great considering we came from Cairo. It was wonderful how relaxing the atmosphere was. Every detail I mentioned before coming was taken care of. Since our flight was delayed, they were very helpful regarding late check-out from the room. The staff is extra helpful and friendly. When I come to Luxor, this will be the only place I stay.

Nice hotel with lovely scenery, facing the Nile, good swimming pool, and good breakfast. Very good value for money. Perfect for visiting Luxor.

Discriminating against Chinese people, slandering Chinese people's garbage hotel

- • 1. Chinese people must not stay in this hotel! Most Chinese people are made to stay on the first floor, in the rooms with the worst view, while foreigners stay on higher floors, enjoying the most beautiful river view. When we checked in, there was construction noise from 7 am to past 9 am, the noise was very loud. The hotel sent an email to Booking.com claiming there was no noise, luckily we recorded a video, we have evidence! 2. On our second night, there was no hot water in the room, which led to us not being able to shower all night. Many Chinese people also complained about this issue at the front desk, but the hotel informed Booking.com that this did not happen, they said we were spreading rumors! Is this the so-called Chinese preferred hotel? Can they pretend that nothing happened with noise and no hot water, do they think Chinese people are easy to bully? 3. The front desk staff always falsely claim that there are no high-floor rooms for Chinese people, the room service staff always give us dirty looks, the restaurant chef prioritizes making unlimited pancakes for white people, while Chinese people get only one pancake, and the rooms on the first floor are so bad that even the air conditioning is old and worn out, while the high-floor rooms have very good hardware facilities. Please understand, fellow Chinese, if you feel disrespected and uncomfortable in this hotel, it must be the hotel's problem. They hate us Chinese, deceive us Chinese, and even accuse us Chinese of lying! We spent so much money, just to be bullied by them?
Amazing hospitality, comfort & convenience in Luxor!
It's a great location along the Nile and we had booked rooms with a river view. The view of the river and the west bank was great. The sunset was just amazing! The hotel is a nice property, very clean, and maintains high standards. We tried all the restaurants (very convenient) and they were exceptional! We booked attractions through the hotel tour agency and they arranged a custom itinerary around the city, taking into consideration our special needs. Kudos to Mina for the smooth experience. The staff was very friendly and professional. Special mention to Sandy from guest relations who ensured our stay was comfortable and that we always found the information/services we were looking for. I would highly recommend it and would like to visit again!

Stunning hotel, security gated, felt safe, and staff were very helpful. While the World Cup was on, the bar area was lovely decorated with a World Cup trophy on display, which was a nice touch. There was a concierge desk for your taxi needs as well as an independent tour operator for all your tour activities. Great location, would recommend
