Excellent location, tour company was brilliant, friendly staff
Comfortable rooms, good food choices and location. Easy to use Nasco tours at the hotel I had arranged the tours before hand and paid at the hotel who were excellent.

- • Aircon was loud and gave bed covers when it was 45 degrees but requested sheets and they were delivered straight away.

Nice hotel by the Nile. Garden pool was my favorite facility. Staff by the lobby was very kind.

- • I would suggest adding a water filter in the lobby or common areas, since in a city that is +40C you need constant water and you are just given 2 small bottles per room. Then, guests are forced to buy countless plastic bottles, creating unnecessary waste. Installing filtered water refill stations in common areas would be a much more eco-friendly and responsible solution.

I would return without a doubt, incredible hotel!
Comfortable rooms, very complete good quality food, locations, there are boats that depart from the hotel. Excellent attention from the staff. Impeccable pool.
