My first time traveling in Beijing and I enjoyed my stay here so much, they offered me the best services and the whole experience is awesome 👏 nice staff, free breakfast, cleaning service is fantastic and I do like this hotel

Nice hotel but bad receptionist staff
Hotel was nice and next to a shopping center. Room service staff bringing food were amazing and so professional.

- • Reception staff was very arrogant and very cold compared to other cities I tried in China. The receptionist girl was not professional and always laughing at the reception like constantly. Very weird for a hotel of this kind..
Super super nice hotel!
Such an amazing hotel! I stayed here for 8 nights and had a wonderful experience. The gym and spa are excellent — super clean, modern, and very well equipped. The breakfast is absolutely top-notch, with an incredible variety of options for everyone. The beds are extremely comfortable, and the staff are incredibly kind and welcoming. Some employees speak English and some do not, but it’s very easy to communicate using a translation app on your phone. I also loved the café next to the lobby — they serve really great coffee. I will definitely come back to this hotel!
