- • The room was dirty, the bathroom had no shelves, the shower cord was way too short. Attempting to charge for services already paid for
Elegant stay in the middle of Philadelphia
The location. The architecture. The view.

- • They tend to nickel and dime you for every little expense. The room could’ve used a little extra cleaning. The lobby area was mostly used as a restaurant.
Wonderful city hotel with a lot of class. Great for a special occasion
Great location. Wonderful building and bar. A real old-fashioned super USA city center hotel.

- • After being in the south, the service was not the same. WiFi was annoying as they made you go through the Marriott Bonvoy login.
Least Ritzy Ritz.
This is a very loud inner-city hotel. We are New Yorkers and accustomed to sirens, honking, and car alarms, but this was beyond! They really need to invest in city windows. Even after we moved to a higher floor, we were kept awake by street noise. The rooms were small to average size and the decor could use a refresh. Just not worthy of the Ritz, I’m sorry to say.

RC Philadelphia is very good, but the rooms need new carpeting & some updating, but staff, food, lobby & restaurant fab!
Very good hotel. Staff is very friendly, building and reception, a restaurant and bar are absolutely breathtakingly beautiful. This was apparently an old bank and so it’s truly an awe-inspiring space and the staff is friendly and very accommodating! The rooms are clean and the bedding is fabulous. I’ve been 3x in 2 yrs and each time it’s only gotten better as they continue to update.
