Actually I was there for a conference and had little time outside of the conference to do anything else in the hotel.

- • There was nothing I did not like, but as I said, except for sleeping at night, I had little experience of the hotel. However as a venue for the conference, it was excellent. I don't know whether the staff was the hotel staff or the staff engaged by the conference organizers, but they were very good and helpful.
Overall, my stay was very pleasant, and I felt that I was treated with great respect.
The location is very convenient, and the staff members were impeccably kind and friendly. Gym Director Yang was very knowledgeable in explaining my In-Body test results and provided valuable guidance in adjusting my exercise routine.

I would like to sincerely thank Mr. Hyung Chul Lim, the restaurant manager at JW Marriott Seoul, for the wonderful experience he created for us during our dinner. His presence throughout the evening was reassuring and thoughtful. He paid attention to every detail, yet everything felt natural and effortless. We never had to ask for anything twice, and he seemed to understand exactly what we needed even before we mentioned it. What stood out most was his genuine care and professionalism. His refined service skills and confident manner clearly reflect his experience and dedication to hospitality. It is rare to meet someone who combines technical excellence with such warmth.
