The place is comfortable, it is a classic, it is well known and the facilities are good.

- • There is no care in the equipment like the phones that make noise all night! No matter how much you hang them, they emit interference. The walls are really thin and you can hear all the noise from other rooms, as well as people walking by. The staff in the breakfast restaurant seemed new or not up to the task of serving correctly or being attentive. The staff at reception, to whom I gave the same feedback, just complied, without looking us in the eye, saying they would inform their supervisor. Really lacking empathy.
Would come back and book the same room.
Room Restaurant Terrace Café. Breakfast buffet was very good. There was sparkling wine on weekends, but unfortunately not during the week. Service was good, but only upon request. Café is great, delicious sweets and lunch. Room service and cleaning very good. Very large balcony overlooking the Golf Club. Windows are double glazed, which is useful as some rooms are directly next to a private club with sports activities.

- • Hotel inside and outside is super nice. However, it is on a main road, with parking lots. Can be noisy at times, but you can look out to the Golf Club and the panorama is appealing.

Beautiful Classic Hotel in Great Neighborhood
Delicious Saturday brunch. Lovely old building with beautiful modern conveniences. Great neighborhood - took an uber to Parque del Amor and walked along the ocean on the lively malecón back to the hotel. Had a nice swim in the chilly pool.

A Suburb Hotel in a Great Location
This is a great hotel - probably one of the best urban hotels I have ever stayed at. The building is beautiful and perfectly maintained. The restaurant (Le Perroquet) is excellent, including for breakfast. The room was immaculately clean, very well decorated and highly functional (eg., the Wifi, the A/C, the shower pressure, etc.). The staff were extremely helpful and personable.

- • Although I didn't use either of them, the gym and the pool seemed a bit skimpy compared to the quality of the rest of the hotel.

Fabulous stay in the best part of Lima
Hotel is really fantastic. It is old and classy and very well kept. Staff is super friendly and helpful, rooms are big and clean, food is top notch. Top experience. Definitely will stay again.
