- • I requested an upper-level room two months before check-in, but I was given a first-floor room right in front of the entertainment pool, which was very busy. That was disappointing.
Perfect hotel, perfect experience
Everything! It was simply perfect. The service is exceptional, the room is comfortable, beautiful, and shiny, the hotel's beach is beautiful, and the food is simply excellent.

- • I got violently sick at one of the restaurants. The staff was dismissive and said it’s cultural. This was probably my 7th time visiting Cancun specifically. I’m 35 and I’ve never had food poisoning. My entire trip was compromised. I wish there were consequences for carelessness in food handling.
Memorable stay! I loved it even though I lost almost 2 nights due to the delay in arriving in Cancun.

- • Difficult to get reservations for the restaurants, we could never go to FUEGO and the Thai restaurant is very mediocre.
Stayed here on 4th of July and they put together a show that would rival anything in the USA!
We stayed at the property during the 4th of July holiday and they put on a phenomenal 4th of July event with multiple live bands, fire performers, fireworks, and even a bull riding rink. The restaurants for the evenings had good variety with the steakhouse being our favorite.
