No hot water and lack of communication from management. I will not be staying at this hotel again.

- • Paid for the room with all fees included then charged for 4 different taxes. We had to pay for handicap parking which at other Hiltons we did not. We were charged for breakfast when we paid for the upgrade and after writing on the receipt the meal was included and that I had tipped in cash it still came up wrong on the receipt that they text me. After having to bring it to their attention the breakfast charge was removed.
Our stay was wonderful.
Facility is clean, staff is very kind and location is pretty good.
