- • The lobby is used as a breakfast room, so the seating is not really suitable for eating. The terrace is nicely designed, but it does not offer a view.

- • Breakfast could be more complete. The bathtub with the curtain and the size of the bathroom is too small
Kids loved the continental breakfast and snacks the hotel provided.
Great location for a jumping off point to explore the city by foot or subway in all directions. Used nearby Madison Square Park playground with kids. Room was spacious. Continental breakfast is convenient and always a hit with the kids. Appreciated that they valeted our car.

- • Car valet was no ins and outs. Rooms and lobby lounge areas are not updated. Our room wasn’t available until 30 mins after check-in time (3pm) and oddly their standard checkout, as I was told, is 1pm; but we needed to check out much earlier than that so this was a rare time we couldn’t take advantage of not being rushed in the morning we were leaving.
