Room was great, service was great, sleeping not so great due to light and blanket options.
the staff were wonderful and the room was really beautiful and comfortable. They were still busy with renovations, but catered well to work around it and the stay was good.

- • Both beds, the main bed and the couch bed were great, however they only supplied full winter duvets which were too hot to sleep under and there were no cooler options like just a normal blanket with a sheet. we turned the airconditioning to be much cooler to compensate for the duvets but it dit not help and just dried the air out in the room too much. Its not comfortable sleeping without a blanket. the aiconditioning display panel also made a lot of unwanted light in the room so we had to cover that with some paper, because we did not pack any sleeping masks. So in short, the duvets were great good quality, but a cooler option would have helped, and also the light from the aircon display.
Okay for one night.
Close to the fair. Easy parking but you can also do it for free at IKEA. Rooms neat and modern. Breakfast is good with plenty of choice.

- • There is a renovation going on, the restaurant is makeshift. The chaos of signage... After the 3rd round, you know why they call it The Loop.
Good stay
Good location when going to Flanders Expo for an event. There's nothing else to do in the area, which was perfect for us.

- • There's some refurbishment going on, not mentioned on booking. It didn't bother us, we got a refurbished room.

The breakfast is very good. the room was clean. the lady at the reception was very kind, and professional. the staff in general at the kitchen or at hotel are very kind and respectful.

- • The building is under renovation, so it doesn't worth the full value of money of regular reservation. The Location is a bit far from the city centre, the parking is big but a bit complicated, an Uber taxi could not reach the hotel to pick us up.
