Great value for money
Staff was very welcoming. Comfortable room, clean with everything needed. Though it could use some fresh air. I've spent a quiet evening in the hotel's restaurant.

- • Location is not the greatest if you're visiting Ghent. I had to be quite close to the hotel, so for me, it was not really an issue, even though tram 1, which is the best connection to the city, is not operating at the moment. There is nothing around the hotel, but it's really close to the highway. If you're traveling by car, I guess it's a good thing.
Very spacious breakfast

- • Only suitable for those passing through and when the tram is available... far from the center of Ghent
Beautiful rooms and friendly staff

- • Difficult to get to and from the location because of how the layout is. Carrying your suitcases up and down the stairs outside was also mediocre
Great hotel & refurbished rooms
Great size rooms. Superb comfortable beds. Most of the staff were very helpful.

- • Location wasn't great. Cannot believe you have to pay for parking and it's far too overpriced. Hotels should welcome guests - not charge them to park there when they've chosen to stay at their hotel.
