- • Quite old structure - Restaurant with limited choice - too few staff for the workload - Slow check-in - Quick to remove your plates as soon as you finish eating
Resort hotel perfect beach access for Cozumel.
Its location, the ease of organizing snorkeling tours (boat departure from the hotel..) the beach with a reef right in front of the hotel, the pool, the breakfast, the staff.. really everything!

Great hotel. Offers many services. Taxis, scooters, activities... superb hotel. All-you-can-eat buffet breakfast is a real plus!

Excellent stay
Staff attention, activities, layout of the hotel facilities. I really appreciate the birthday amenities, I informed that my husband and I were celebrating our birthdays on the day of our stay and they brought us double amenities. Good prices, excellent service, considerable hours for using the facilities.

- • The security guard at the cove didn't let us pass (a fish) hahaha so far the stay was completely pleasant

The pool and entertainment staff were good. They could get the whole pool area going with their games.

- • The room I got smelled strongly of paint. I then asked to change rooms and we got a new one. There was a paint can right outside the previous room. I think it's absolutely appalling to give a freshly painted room to anyone but especially a family with children. There was plenty of staff but they were really not service-minded. In the pool restaurant, it took a very long time to get the food. Once I asked when the restaurant opened they said 11.30, when the time had passed the staff said the restaurant would open in another 20 minutes. The orders were simple quesadillas or nachos with guacamole and yet not everything was on the plate. Once the guacamole was missing where they said it would take 30-60 minutes to make a new one so we got a sliced avocado instead but had to pay full price for the dish. In the breakfast restaurant, one day there were pancakes that ran out. I asked 3-4 times if they would bring out more where different staff said they were being prepared but they never came out and the kids eventually got tired of waiting. We sat there for about 1 hour as we were a larger group of 12 people.
