- • There are hundreds of steps in the property and it is not clear in the booking.com information that this is the case. I have already complained about this several days ago but you haven’t responded- shocker!

Best Beach in Phuket
This is the best beach in Phuket, the 1 bedroom hill bungalow is on the smaller size. The breakfast is very good.

- • Staff could be more attentive for a 5 star hotel and price point it should feel like a truly 5 stars experience. The person in charge of Beach beds can do a better job. For people staying 5 days or more you need more food options or maybe think of going to eat outside at some point. A lot of stairs but that was not an issue for us Eventhough we had a 2 year old baby. The pool is not appealing but the beach makes up for it.
