Stranded
Our car broke down so stayed in this hotel. Had what we needed to rest our heads for a few hours until we could get our car on the garage

Customer service
Sadly lacking in basic customer service. Accidentally booked the wrong Thursday. Checked they had vacancies on the correct Thursday and when I saw they had I messaged requesting to change. Received a curt message from Suri saying that my booking was non-refundable, non-changeable and the answer was a flat no. Sure this meets the hotel guidelines but knowing they had vacancies anyway it leads me to one outcome. Will never use Days Inn ever again under any circumstances and a negative review. Would it really have hurt to be helpful ?

Decent for the price
Decent for its price, easily accessible from the motorway services. Staff always friendly, Suri checked me in and was pleasant and on hand if I needed anything

Great stays
Stayed here a couple of times, staff are always very friendly and attentive. Rooms are always spotless too and the beds are always comfortable. Would highly recommend staying here

Worth its weight in gold this place
Fantastic service from the Manager Carly, she and her team are very friendly, approachable and make you feel like family. Always smiling and always willing to make your stay more comfortable if possible. GREAT SERVICE. P.S housekeeping is excellent too

Very clean and tidy, the staff member Carly was so welcoming and professional. Would recommend to anyone. KFC and Burger King are right next door

Very Bad reception lady
Lady at the reception was the worst I have ever met. She was very rude, aggressive and unhelpful and was trying to charge me extra. She was the worst I have ever met. Disgusting behavior for a receptionist (lady in her 50's) apart from her hotel and price are decent
