A lovely hotel in a fantastic location
The hotel is in a fantastic location. The rooms are lovely and the staff are very helpful and friendly. We had a great stay.

Just liked the perfect location
Location was perfect. Breakfast was okay, but one day we arrived for breakfast around 10:00 and there were too many things missing and never refilled. The room was clean.

- • The size of the room for the price you pay is just nonsense. You don't even have space for the suitcase to lay on the floor. Bathroom - no space to put things on the bench. Very little space in general. Next time will choose somewhere else to stay.
Lovely hotel in a fabulous location
Amazing location right on the water and just a stone's throw from Gamla Stan and the Royal Palace. Lovely restaurant and bar as well.

- • The rooms felt quite small, particularly the bathroom, so there didn't feel like a lot of space to move around. The lighting in the bedroom was not great, and there was also no master light switch in the room (other than the one you had to put a room key in to be able to turn any lights on by the door) so you had to go around turning each individual lamp off at bedtime which, albeit only being a minor inconvenience, I wouldn't expect from a hotel in this price range. The shower tray/door was also not watertight so leaked all over the bathroom floor/mat every time we showered.
How is this hotel a five-star hotel?

- • A lot of bugs/mosquitos in the tiny room and dog barking noise from your rooms - but the staff, whose name is Muim, said (1) there couldn't be bugs which had never happened; (2) the hotel did not hold any bug spray so I had to go out to buy one if I wanted; and (3) the dog barking noise couldn't happen, even though it was loud and continuous. He was very unapologetic and offered nothing.
Definitely a hotel we will return to on our next visit to Stockholm
The concierge Yoni was very friendly, helpful, and all his recommendations were excellent! The location of the hotel is excellent

Great location for those looking to explore Gamla Stan area
The location is very good for exploring Gamla Stan (old town) area and also very close to the ferries that take you to the water tours. The hotel has a nice restaurant, good breakfast, nice clean rooms.

- • The hotel reception staff are generally nice but can be more service-oriented. Few of them go the extra mile to offer any extra support. The concierge wasn't very useful and didn't seem interested in providing any options to suit my interests.
Convenient location for a business trip.
Excellent in every way although a little expensive. Great location, close enough to everything without the need for taxis.

- • Super loud outside the window. No AC! Small rooms and a truly tiny bathroom.
