The accommodation is very well located. It is very harmonious and you meet great people. There is a pool and you can do your laundry very well. The people are all very helpful.

All was well in the end after an inauspicious start.
It was in a good location easily accessible to the city by trolley-bus and near a good coffee shop and bayou wine bar/restaurant.

- • The first room offered to me was awful - not much more than a beach hut with a light and air con. I would have made do however if it weren’t for the neighbours from hell. After asking for a move (at midnight), the receptionist was very understanding and kind and offered me a much nicer and more substantial room for which I was grateful.

I loved the atmosphere. Being in the heart of the historical city park and mid-city area is convenient to plan a day in NOLA. Perfect for that last-minute trip and the staff is very welcoming. There's lots of history in this property and it definitely shows!

- • I didn't like the community refrigerator for all the guests to label their food and it was so unorganized it caused me to have to dig through everyone's food out until I found mine. I think maybe a 2nd freezer and more shelves would make it a little better.
