Staff were great. Hotel was very clean. Could walk easily to the Old Port (18 minutes) and to other sites/areas nearby such as Le Panier.

The property and the room were both clean and the room was spacious, with an attached kitchenette. What I was disappointed with was that tea and coffee were only provided for the first night's stay, which I learned when I asked for tea/coffee on the second night (the staff member was very kind to give me some despite this rule). For a four star hotel, rationing tea/coffee for only one night is very cheap and falls below the standard I would expect for this star rating.

Bathroom mirror needs replacing as the water has destroyed the backing. The shower showerhead needs fixing and you need better pillows. Otherwise, the bed was super comfortable, and the place was very, very clean.

Practical hotel with a comfortable bed
Very good breakfast, lots of space, good air conditioning. We had a studio facing the courtyard, which was very quiet. Good location for exploring the city, only 10 minutes from the Mucem.
