- • Rude check-in people initially refused to let us use the luggage cart. 68 years old, not even an option to go without. Told us about liability issues and then proceeded to high-pressure us about their timeshare program. Wouldn't leave us alone, just kept begging.
Very nice and clean room, centrally located near Union Square, but not far from a critical neighborhood that should be avoided.

- • We booked a room for 4 people. We had to make the sofa bed ourselves and there were only towels for 2 people in the bathroom. We then received the missing towels afterwards. Unfortunately, we overlooked during booking that housekeeping was not included, so our room was not cleaned and trash and dirty towels accumulated.
Our 5 days were wasted in a dirty room without cleaning

- • This is not a hotel, it's an apartment booking.com sells this place as a hotel. This is the first time I stayed in a place without cleaning service, if you want cleaning, you need to pay $111. I demand a refund of the money I paid from you. Otherwise, I will not trust booking.com again to purchase services.
Great location with large space in the middle of San Francisco
Large multi-room suites great for the family with a microwave and full-size fridge. Very well maintained, walking distance to Union Station, cable cars, and Market Street.
