The hotel is in the center of Rome above the Spanish Steps. The staff was friendly and very helpful, from the restaurant to breakfast, to a hotel car service that I used once when I was running late for an appointment. The room was super comfortable and functional, finally a hotel where everything is intuitive from the lights to the bathroom and every accessory is within reach. Impeccable cleanliness. Beautiful panoramic view from the rooms that offer this possibility. Breakfast can be enjoyed outdoors in a beautiful inner garden and there is an excellent variety. Highly recommended

Our wonderful 3-night stay at Hotel de la Ville, a Rocco Forte Hotel We recently enjoyed a delightful 3-night stay at Hotel de la Ville from the 19th of February. We were lucky enough to stay in the Canova Suite with Terrace, and it truly exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, everything was wonderful. The hotel’s location is perfect — right above the Spanish Steps, with easy access to all the best parts of Rome. The staff were exceptional; every single person we met was friendly, attentive, and incredibly helpful. The Canova Suite with Terrace was absolutely stunning. The suite itself is beautifully designed, spacious, and elegant, but the highlight was undoubtedly the private terrace. The views of Rome from there were simply astonishing — we could have spent hours just soaking in the breathtaking panorama over the rooftops of the Eternal City. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Hotel de la Ville has set the bar very high, and we will definitely choose this hotel every time on our next trips to Rome. Highly recommended!
