We recently stayed at the Windsor Court for 4 nights. It was a perfect stay for any reason, but especially since we were celebrating our 45th anniversary. From the moment we arrived we experienced absolutely perfect service. Every member of the staff who we had the pleasure of dealing with, from the doormen to the front desk, to the dedicated concierges and the staff in the club lounge, were extremely helpful and warm. They truly made us feel like honored guests. The room, a king suite, has a wonderful ambience: Old world class with modern amenities. It was very warm and inviting unlike other hotels which seem cold and modern. The breakfasts in the Grill Room were outstanding, the most elegant breakfast I ever recall enjoying. Tip: Treat yourself to the fresh squoze orange juice. Yumm. Even if it were not in New Orleans, the hotel alone would be worth a visit. We are already planning our visit for our next anniversary.

A Gem of a hotel
It is unusual for a hotel (or Airbnb) these days to exceed expectations and Windsor Court is that kind of place. I have stayed there 2x already. Wow1 It is worth the value. The attention to detail is clear and they do not cut corners that I could tell. We travel a lot. Rooms are gorgeous and clean and the amenities are so generous. Staff is service oriented and well trained.

Best Hotel in New Orleans
The Windsor Court Hotel in New Orleans is one of the finest hotels I have stayed in from Paris to Rome to Barcelona. The staff is warm and welcoming, the rooms are plush and comfortable, the Polo Lounge is a quaint classy bar with live music on the weekends. My Australian Shepherd gets treated like a king there.

Windsor Court.
Stayed here for 5 days for New Orleans vacation with husband and three kids. I’m very happy with my stay. Clean. Comfortable. Elegant. Spacious. Nice decor. Nothing looked dated to me. Staff was great. Polite and helpful. There’s a house car that can drive you short distances. The bellman let us borrow umbrellas one morning. Would definitely stay here again.

Service , location and cleanliness
We stayed here for one night after a cruise. Would recommend for location, cleanliness, and over all quality service. Vincent was welcoming at the front door, concierge was helpful, and front desk accommodating. The room was well appointed and very clean. Beds were comfortable, linens smelled good, shower good pressure and hot. We also stayed a night at the Henry Howard Hotel on the front end of our cruise. They’re comparable in price per night and you get a lot more amenities and better service at the Windsor. We would choose the Windsor again.

Oozes sophistication and class
The Windsor Court is a class act in all respects. My wife and I have visited many times, and look forward to another return stay next month. All of the public areas ooze sophistication and the rooms are large, comfortable and are a haven to return to, away from the hustle and bustle of the French Quarter. Every staff member is courteous and friendly and always provide a warm welcome. The Club Lounge is amazing, with food and drink offerings all day and has the most wonderful staff looking after you. We wouldn’t stay anywhere else.

Windsor Court not worth it per seasoned traveler
This hotel cries out for an overdue remodel not just in its public areas. Front desk was courteous but ineffective. We waited over 4 hours for a room that we booked in advance for early arrival. Truly a management issue! The room (at $900+per night!) never materialized as they were suddenly fully booked due to (our) conference and after speaking to a supervisor they agreed we should try another hotel. I was late for my meetings but thankfully quickly settled into the 4 Seasons (great all around!). P.S. The Windsor Court lobby coffee is terrible -watery and tasteless. Don’t waste your time and money here!

Awesome Hotel In New Orleans Top Notch
My daughter and I stayed in this beautiful hotel Feb. 16th -19th. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Our suite was amazing (Queen Suite) and we loved our balcony view. The room was clean and beds were comfy. The entire hotel was really neat! We swam in the pool one night and loved that too. The housekeeping was attentive. We would definitely stay there again.

Our absolute favorite hotel in New Orleans
We have been visiting New Orleans once a year for at least the past ten years and have stayed at about six different hotels. We booked through the American Express Platinum card which included a room upgrade if available, $40 each for breakfast and $100 hotel credit. The hotel was in a very central location and easily walkable to most places. We were given an upgrade to a beautiful and spacious room on the 18th floor. The beds were very comfortable and appreciated the elegant classic decor. The omelet at breakfast was absolutely delicious and was able to have as many ingredient choices as we wanted, not just the usual 3 choices. Fresh fruit accompanied the omelet. The beignets were the best we had in New Orleans. Kimble, our server, was the ultimate in professionalism, personality and service. The doormen and staff at reception were very welcoming and aimed to please. The Windsor was a true oasis in New Orleans and would highly recommend. The large bouquet of 12 dozen beautiful roses in the lobby set the tone of elegance.
