- • They ask for deposit to be taken from your bank card and they refused cash. My colleague had to pay on my behalf but up to now they have returned the money to his account and am supposed to pay him his money. I will have to reach out to them so that they return that 100 usd.

- • The elevator was too slow. They did not change the towels throughout my stay, did not replenish the cleaning supplies. They also did not come to collect the garbage and we had to do it ourselves.
The hotel was very weak.

- • The hotel's condition was a disaster. Completely under construction and they did not clarify that. The card machine was prehistoric. If you had the card on your phone, you had no way to pay. The breakfast was very basic and by 9 am they wouldn't even serve you a juice because they closed the machine.

- • The place was under renovation. Had to pay for parking. The room shouldn’t be habitable, TV remote didn’t work, the shower was clogged and the sink was leaking water. There were booby pins and a bra pad in the room, so no, the room was not properly clean 😐. Only stayed because I drove 5 hours for a passport appointment the next morning at 7:00am.
