I would stay here again at any time.
The hotel was ideally located for our purposes. We arrived by bus from Glasgow (Waverly Bus Station) and took the Airlink bus from Waverly Bridge to the airport. The distance to and from the bus stops was easily walkable. There are many restaurants, pubs, and cafes around the hotel. For opting out of room cleaning after the first night, we were given a voucher for the bar. The entire hotel is tastefully decorated and very cozy. The staff is very attentive and friendly. Even though the hotel is centrally located, it is not noisy.

- • The window in the room cannot be opened. The staircase to the 7th floor (9 steps) has no alternative, and you have to carry the suitcases. We left in the middle of the night and left the room cards in the room. As a result, we could not open the door to the elevator and had to carry the suitcases down.
Perfect hotel in a great location!
The check-in experience was very good and smooth. The decor was generally great, and the room was perfect. The location was ideal for exploring the city and only a 10-minute walk from the station.

- • Rooms are too dark, which creates a lovely mood, but for simple tasks like drying hair and getting ready in the morning, the room was still poorly lit.
