Great Experience
We visited Citrus last evening and loved every bit of it. The food was absolutely delicious and served hot. Portions were generous. Staff were very polite and attentive, especially Mostafijur. The ambience is Clean, cozy, and great music. Highly recommend for anyone looking for good food + good vibes!

Mr Mostafijur was very humble and sweet. Very quick at attending guest and orders. His service was excellent.

Stay experience
I would really like to appreciate the staff (MR MOSTAFIJUR.) for being so probactive and being so attentive to most of the guest in the resturant during buffet lunch and dinner for my (02)day stay and even ms alila too was very professional and proactive during her shift.

I stayed at this hotel for a week during this trip, and it remains my favourite. The staff is cooperative and attentive to every need, making the stay truly comfortable. I had a fantastic experience at the Citrus restaurant — I have certain dietary restrictions, and Mostafijur made things so much easier by customising my food. He is genuinely customer-focused, personally attending to every guest and going the extra mile to ensure satisfaction.
