Lemon Tree is the best hotel to stay in Kolkata.
Housekeeping Debasish and Anirban are amazing. They are doing their best to make the hotel clean, approachable, having a big smile on their face which makes me feel easy and comfortable to talk to them. Loving Lemon Tree in everything. Meeting Mr. Mrityunjoy, the floor in charge of the hotel, helping his staff, he is also very cooperative and a helping hand to his staff. Lastly, thank you Lemon Tree for your best hospitality.

The rest of the crew is also very nice and sweet, but he consistently goes above and beyond to make every guest feel welcome so he stands out. What really stands out is how he speaks to each customer as if they’ve known each other for years, creating a genuine personal connection with everyone and that’s what I love about Indian hospitality and what I believe in myself. His warm personality, attentiveness, and excellent service make every visit enjoyable. It’s rare to find someone who makes people feel so valued and comfortable. Thank you for always making our experience so memorable we’ll definitely keep coming back!
