- • A bit far from the metro if you have luggage with you. Very weak insulation between rooms, and sound is clear between them.
A small cozy hotel that's really into customer care.
Meg is a small cozy hotel in the heart of Istanbul's historical center. It's a 5-10 minute walk from Topkapı Palace, and the park entrance is right at the door. The standout feature of the hotel is the staff - extremely helpful, friendly, and attentive. Special thanks to Dovlet, the receptionist. As the hotel is small, there is no noise, minimal chatter in common areas, and no queues or fuss at breakfast. Coffee and tea are always available in the lobby.

- • The airport transfer, which couldn't reach the hotel due to roadworks and tram restrictions (apparently should finish soon). The room is small.
Perfect for a layover in Istanbul.
The location, cleanliness, comfort. It's great value for visiting Istanbul. Breakfast and snacks offered in the afternoon. Discreet and attentive staff. We initially booked for one night and extended our stay!

Exceptional stay, I will come back.
I was graciously upgraded, and the view from my room was exceptional. Having a smart TV with Netflix in the room was great. Breakfast included. The hotel's location is great and fairly quiet despite being close to tourist attractions. Bathrobes in the bathroom.
