Amazing villa. Quiet. Luxurious. Great restaurant. Lovely staff. Sea views and easy access to the Gili islands for a day excursion. We absolutely loved it

- • If you want access to the town it is a bit out of the way but this was no issue for us

- • So we did not like the location which is very far from everything, which forced us to eat in the hotel restaurant which was really bad. Frozen, tasteless, and above all, you have to hope they have in stock what you want... Room service quite fast though. The hotel beach is really not the best, with stray dogs that we could hear barking and fighting at night. There are hot water problems, which for a 5-star hotel is quite unacceptable. Staff okay but nothing special, we have been better received in smaller hotels. Area for improvement: maybe add a weight bench in the gym.

- • We had to call reception twice to fix hot water, the mosque was very loud
