- • Не совсем чисто. Особенно в бассейне очень грязно. Предлагают инвентарь для плавания, очень грязные и старые. Сам бассейн кажется давно не чистили. Больше не вернусь в этот отель.

A high rating which is deserved.
We stayed on two occasions, going to Zhangjiajie in between, and enjoyed it both times. It is a new, modern hotel. All the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The room was spacious, very clean, very comfortable and had plenty of storage. The clothes washing and drying facilities (in the room) were a real plus. The breakfast was also very good offering both western and Asian cuisine. There are restaurants and convenience stores, a supermarket, and a metro station within walking distance.

- • There was nothing we did not like and would certainly stay there again. The only comment I would make is that although there are basic cooking facilties, it is a stretch to call it an apartment. (Note that I refer to it as a hotel above.) More specifically, and the reason some of my scores are good rather than excellent, is that there is no table and chairs. So, there is a microwave and hotplate, but nowhere to eat the food you cook.
