Highly recommended hotel, if you want a quiet night with your family. Good location.
From the beginning, the service was very good, from the security guard, the manager, and the kitchen staff. Delicious, very complete and generous breakfast. Extremely comfortable and clean room, zero noise. The only downside was the shower as the water flow was not even, but it's a minor detail compared to all the good things about the hotel.

- • The parking lot was not in the same place as the hotel, so we had to walk from the parking lot to the hotel at night and the area didn't feel 100% safe, although we had no incidents. It would be a big improvement if the parking lot were in the same area as the hotel.

- • The hotel is located in an unsafe area. It is very difficult to access the hotel by car due to the large number of street vendors and homeless people around. We had to change hotels. We never checked in. We appreciate the hotel staff's willingness to understand our situation and not enforce the penalty.
Good stay but less than expected.
Everyone was very friendly and overall the price was just right. The breakfast options are not very varied but the quality is very good so it's sufficient.

- • When making the reservation, we were not informed that neither the jacuzzi nor the sauna were operational. We made the reservation right there in the lobby through Booking and at no time did they mention that they were just being repaired, which we find dishonest since we booked there for the wet area. We recommend asking before booking. The shower water hardly heated up and the temperature fluctuated (in both bedrooms), quite inconsistent to say the least. The parking lot is not in the same building so you have to leave the hotel to get to your car. The pillows are too high. The area is somewhat intimidating. There was a lot of noise from the street at night (on the 5th floor) until after 10 pm.
