The airport shuttle was very convenient and the hotel was walking distance to some shopping. I felt very safe walking around town by myself! Very nice accommodations and the front staff was very helpful!

Hotel Under Renovation
The hotel was being renovated and not nearly complete. Both the fitness center and laundry room, two facilities I planned on using, were not ready yet and unavailable. There were only 2 or 3 other guests.

Older building with nice room renovations
Within walking distance of MLB airport, I booked 2 nights while visiting the area. The room was very clean with great furnishings, and had a very light "clean" scent. Both the bed and the desk chair were very comfortable, and the bathroom was small but new and functional. My initial impression was an old building with old carpet -- but the carpet looked new, it just had that musty/dank smell like it needed a carpet cleaning. Check-in was a bit more problematic. The attendant did not seem knowledgeable/comfortable with their job yet. Multiple problems getting my credit card charged the $100 deposit. And then the next day I was stuck outside in a rainstorm because my key didn't work. Turned-out at check-in the lady validated the room card for 1 day, not the 2 that I paid for. I would definitely stay there again.

It was a nice place to stay the nice. You can hear the TV through the wall. TV was small. They are working on remolding the place. It is clean and friendly staff.

I checked in late on 5/3. The first room was next to a noisy tenant. The second room, the bedroom and bathroom counters were full of small beige bugs, running all over. I took pictures and video. I checked out quickly and showed the pictures and video to the receptionist supervisor. Management refuses to refund my money for 5/3 and 5/8, which I didn’t stay either day. I’m due a full refund of both days, the hotel defaulted due to having bugs in the room which is a health violation.
