Location and breakfast were delicious, so I have used it several times, but this time I checked in with a severe sprain due to my carelessness. I was given crushed ice and a room close to the escalator, and I was taken care of. I was really saved. Thank you very much.

Clean and Great Location
Location was extremely convenient being right above Kyoto station. Plenty of food, shopping, and convenience store options within walking distance. There is also a taxi stand right outside if you didn’t want to take the trains. Room was very clean and the cot provided was great for our baby. Bed was big and having room service was a huge plus. Staff were very friendly and helpful in forwarding our luggage and providing extra toiletries when needed. They also provided a nappy bin which was amazing.

- • Our room unfortunately was in the middle of the two towers which are connected, so it was the furthest away from each of the elevators. If you forgot something in your room or wanted to pop down to a convenience store it was a little troublesome to walk the long halls each time. Bathroom had a modern open design, which was very clean but not ideal with our baby was sleeping early. The toilet also was very noisy and had a lot of automatic functions we could do without.
Excellent location, we traveled a lot on trains and returned from Kyoto in the evening - it was very convenient. Excellent breakfast!

Outstanding convenience!
Overwhelming convenience being inside the station! It is easy to plan and make it happen wherever you go. This time, we suddenly decided to go to Amanohashidate and headed there even though it was after 10 o'clock. We could only spend 3 hours there, but we were still able to walk back. It's reassuring even if you arrive late because it's a station!

- • Actually, I forgot the key to the apartment, but I didn't receive any contact from the hotel. I realized that I had contacted them. I was disappointed with that response. I noticed that I didn't have the key after returning to Tokyo. It was a little past 5 o'clock, so I couldn't contact the agent, and in the end, I had to take a hotel. We left our luggage in the morning and went sightseeing, so we went back to the hotel to pick up our luggage, but still there was no contact. I think maybe the cleaning was delayed, but I would have liked to be contacted as soon as they found out. It's our fault for forgetting, but if it had been a little earlier, we wouldn't have needed to take a hotel... By the way, mainly in Tokyo hotels, even if it's just one pen, they would contact us.

INCREDIBLE! I will only be staying in this hotel anytime I come to Kyoto. I should’ve stayed a lot longer
BOOK THE SUPERIOR DOUBLE ROOM AND REQUEST A HIGH FLOOR!!! The property is literally situated inside the Kyoto main station! A 2 min walk from Train dropoff! OMG!! I can’t say enough! Check-in was seamless, concierge ladies were absolutely FANTASTIC AND KNOWLEDGEABLE, they gave the best food and activities recommendations.
