Convenient hotel location - literally 3-4 minutes walk from the Wild Geese Pagoda and popular pedestrian street. Also, a good shopping center nearby. Excellent breakfasts - everyone will find food to their liking. There are also children's options - what kids love. The staff is responsive to all questions - whether it's deliveries or organizing a celebration. We celebrated a birthday at the hotel's restaurant - there was a decorated table area, a cake with a candle, and desserts as a gift from the hotel. It is worth mentioning the food in this restaurant - exquisite Chinese cuisine. We were very satisfied. The hotel's interiors and its territory are in Chinese style, as we wanted when choosing a hotel - to match the atmosphere of the city itself. And it turned out to be a 100% hit.

The hotel is beautiful, its gardens and balcony rooms make you feel in a world apart. The staff is very friendly, the restaurant food is delicious. That hotel deserves days just to enjoy it. Take time to have tea overlooking the lake.

Hotel is beautiful so it’s a good experience!
Beautiful architecture, polite and helpful staff, good room size and comfortable beds. Close to tourist sites. There is a shopping mall nearby where you can find many restaurants. You can also order food and get it delivered to the hotel. The hotel breakfast has many options and varied during our stay. Taxi is easy to take.

- • Booked for 3 people but was informed that had to pay extra for a bed and breakfast for the 3rd person. The hotel manager helped and did not charge anything extra, but the issue is with the booking process not making it clear of the hotel policy.
I do not recommend it, due to the lack of communication and open-mindedness of the receptionists

- • Staff unable to speak English and quite obtuse. Due to their very banal payment error, they made me lose 1 hour and 7 minutes, despite my attempts to explain to them that it was a non-issue. There was no way to change their minds. Instrumental was a communication with the bank that said... to do as I had been suggesting for over an hour! All mediated by the automatic translator of a cell phone; maddening.
The hotel was absolutely beautiful, with a serene Chinese garden courtyard that was picture perfect. The staff (particularly Mancy and Angel) were extremely courteous and helpful in attending to our various needs and clarifications.

Recommended!!!
Structure a stone's throw from the main street, clean and spacious rooms. Very fast laundry service, we stayed 2 nights and in one day I had my clothes ready. There is a bar service with an espresso machine, breakfast with a wide European and Chinese offer.

Beautiful hotel with a perfect location. Make sure your room is not near the public park!
