- • I paid a lot of money for just bed and breakfast and then to top everything off I have been charged 20€ per night for parking

- • Check-in was a little clunky albeit that it was at 5 am but it all worked out in the end. The restaurant menu choices are way too limited. A hotel of this size and location should have a much broader menu choice - I ended up going to restaurants 2 nights and getting a delivered pizza one night. I’d have happily eaten at your restaurant if there had been a wider choice.

Staff are really friendly and felt safe. Staff at the restaurant are super friendly, professional, and really responsive. Clean room Great view and bed so comfortable. Great shower system so easy to use. So much space. I was 1 but great for a couple +. I did think it was on the higher side of pricing. Paid £500+ for 3 nights no breakfast included so yeah. Location-wise - perfect. Tram is at the doorstep of the hotel. A 6-minute walk away from town areas. Great location-wise. 15-17 mins walk to Aldi and Lidl and Domino's on the same road
