Andre' was a very friendly and helpful host. The room and private bathroom were spacious and had everything we needed. Breakfast was nicely arranged for us, and public transportation was nearby. The underground parking space was also very good.

Very good address but very small room
The host is very welcoming and does his best to ensure everything goes well, the accommodation is in a very quiet area 10/15 minutes by tram from the central station

Everything was just pure perfection! Definitely coming back to stay here when we're visiting Amsterdam again!! :)
The property was in a very quiet, calm, and safe neighborhood, which we really appreciated! Our room was very clean and homey, and the homemade breakfast was spot on!!

Good despite everything
A shared house is not my preferred accommodation style at all. If I had known that this property was shared, I definitely would not have chosen it. I found out when I arrived, and there was nothing I could do at that hour. Luckily, there were no other guests. Of course, this is a matter of personal preference. Evaluating the property, I think it is a good choice for people who do not mind shared accommodations. The host is very attentive and helpful. He greeted us with a smile when we arrived and answered all our questions in detail. He also gave us some extra recommendations. He was truly very kind and decent. There were no other guests at the property when we were there, so we felt relatively more comfortable. Since the host had to go to Paris during our stay, his friend helped us. She prepared a thoughtful breakfast for us for two mornings and did not disturb us at all. I sincerely thank the host and his friend. The room was quite spacious and had comfortable use. Transportation was really easy. A tram passed in front of the house, so you could reach everywhere very quickly. As I mentioned before, if the concept of a shared house does not bother you, it is a good facility where you can stay with peace of mind. Personally, although it was a very comfortable and suitable accommodation, I would not choose it.

- • The stairs were very steep. It was quite difficult to carry things upstairs. Heating-related issues should be resolved.
