- • The shower wouldn’t maintain a steady temp, the wind howled through the windows and doors, we could hear people next door and couldn’t sleep - left at 5am just to get some peace and quiet. Staff at checkin and concierge were rude and inattentive. Room service was very bland and no mini bar at all.

I unfortunately forgot the name of the staff member who assisted me during check-in, but I truly want to mention how amazing his service was. He was Italian, and I even spoke a little Italian with him, which made the interaction even more memorable. Since I had booked four rooms, he kindly spoke to his supervisor and requested a complimentary extra bed for my family. Thankfully, his request was approved, and we were given the extra bed at no additional charge. This was truly exceptional service and went above and beyond my expectations. He was incredibly kind, thoughtful, and genuinely caring. Definitely one of the best service experiences I’ve had at The Ritz-Carlton. Thank you so much for making our stay even more special!
