An exceptionally great experience
Simply everything! Our stay was an exceptional experience: Super friendly staff, best location, great food, great service, everyone incredibly helpful and an excellent value for money.

Very peaceful which is what I wanted
The spa area was great service to unwind. Unfortunately didn't go to breakfast. The room was a great size and bathroom facilities were of a high standard. I traveled alone so more than enough.

- • Only a couple of elevators so waiting on those in peak times. Enter the room in the afternoon/early night as I only stayed the night felt was unnecessary and would have preferred privacy.
Fabulous hotel ruined by incompetent officious reception on check-in.

- • Terrible experience at check-in. Because the booking was in my wife’s name, they would not let me access the room despite showing identity and booking email with my name on it. The irony was that we had stayed in the same room 2 weeks earlier and when we left, the staff were terrific and said they were looking forward to our return visit in 2 weeks. I asked for an early arrival and they never bothered to contact us that a room was available. They insisted on a plastic credit card and would not accept a digital card for hotel credit. The other staff were fantastic but management needs to seriously look at how they manage the front desk. This is what separates a good hotel from a great hotel.

- • Having someone let themselves into my room on the first night at 9 pm while we were not dressed was very upsetting and made us feel totally unsafe. Were they seeing if they could rob us? Then to have the front desk make up lies to cover the fact that they messed up made us very upset to the point I left the hotel and will not be going back again.
Enjoyed our short stay at the Ritz, great location and friendly staff.
Great location with a view over Elizabeth Quay and an easy walk to shops and restaurants. Staff were excellent and the room was spotless. Swimming pools and gym were well equipped. Didn’t have breakfast. We walked to the botanical gardens and you can get a ferry to Rottnest Island.
