Great stay. Very nice and comfortable.
The location by the harbor was lovely. The hotel room was very clean, comfortable, and spacious. Higiwara in the restaurant was very courteous and kind at breakfast and took good care of us. All in all, an extremely nice stay.

A wonderful hotel to stay if you're in the Yokohama area
This place was at a fantastic location. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Accommodations were second to none. Very comfortable room. Pretty good little gym, which I always had to myself. Very convenient location, particularly if attending a meeting at the Pacifico conference center.

- • No complaints. I have enjoyed having a public onsen in the hotels that I have gone to, which this one didn't have, but I knew that going in.

- • Minor issue: Staff did not advise that there is a Keikyu Limousine bus to the airport stop at the hotel. I took a taxi to another stop and boarded the bus from there! Had I known that the Keikyu bus stops at IHG pier 8, I would have just boarded from there.
