The tiles inside the bathroom box had a lot of mold, the air conditioning was very noisy and impossible to sleep with it on, the TV image had stripes and was impossible to watch, and the bath sachets did not produce foam. Suite 27.

Highlight, attentive reception, cleanliness of the place, what I didn't like, due to the cold weather there was only a thin sheet, in short, I felt cold!

There was no minibar. The room was clean, but the whirlpool released dirt and paper when we turned it on, yuck.

Good, but still missing important details
The sauna did not work, we did not request a change because we had already been there for a long time. The shower area was quite dirty with stains on the floor, dried and broken soap residues, and many scattered hairs. The whirlpool tub still had cleaning products in it.
