Hampton Inn by Hilton Ottawa

I enjoy staying here when I come to visit my granddaughter who is at the University of Ottawa. The pool is a nice place to spend a few hours with the kids and having included breakfast on site is fantastic.

I just wish they would stop sending me away because I do not have a credit card. I stayed there a week ago, they put it on a debit card and there was no issue. I tried the second time and they said they don't do this anymore. Just accept the damn debit card. What's the issue? I cause no damage, no harm to other people. Wake up, you're sending people away. I spend a lot of money each month on hotels and you want to turn me away just because I have no credit card. Shame on you.

Staff and Property were great.

This property never disappoints! It is impeccably clean. The front desk staff are so friendly and helpful. The breakfast that is included is great with lots of tables to sit at, and the most amazing staff who keep the whole area so tidy and clean. They are always willing to help, and even make your waffles for you! I have stayed here before and I will definitely stay here again. I especially like that the suites have a bar area, with a separate sink, a microwave, and a bar fridge.

Clean rooms, friendly staff. It made staying there a delight.

Very good facility. Room was clean and quiet. It also had a nice mini-kitchen with a sink, fridge, Keurig, and microwave in the main room. Breakfast was what you would expect at a Hampton Inn - hot eggs with a hot breakfast meat, plus continental breakfast items. Location was convenient to driving downtown. I would definitely stay here again.
