Great experience!
Convenient location, near to MRT, bus stop & 7/11. Strategic location. Smooth check-in & check-out process. Sustainability effort by not providing drinking water bottles and replacing them with a water bottle to refill with tap water. Spacious room & easy to use the switches in the room as there is a label so guests are not confused.

Super friendly staff!
We were greeted by Anthony and Fatin who were both super friendly and helpful. The room is lovely and we also got a little birthday treat delivered to us 😊 Very happy!!

Great hotel with incredible staff in an excellent location
Great hotel, spacious rooms, clean and great facilities in an excellent location. Check-in staff were the best, so incredibly friendly and kind, thanks Anthony and Fatin!

The perfect vacation
Had a mini weekend getaway here and it was heaven. All amenities to meet your every need and I love the club room, which comes with a complimentary minibar and Nespresso machine. Pool was serene and hotel location is 💯. Friendly and welcoming staff, shoutout to Fatin and Valerie for the top-tier service. Hope to come back again!

- • The hotel is supposed to be renovated, but you don't notice that in the rooms, quite worn out. Breakfast is served in the hotel bar, a terrible atmosphere. We only went once
Dirty, smelly old rooms
The location is pretty good with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby, can't fault staff but the room smelled bad and was very dirty, needs a refurb

Brilliant set-up for corporate training.
Exceptional service over the two days by the team; especially, Arshad and Dennis, at the Rendezvous Hotel. They made brilliant arrangements for the training sessions that were conducted for the Nairobi City Water and Sewerage Company, Kenya. Highly recommend the venue for meetings, trainings, and conferences.
