Excellent!
Good breakfast, not exceptional, but good enough. They do not serve espresso coffee, I found it to be a poor choice. Exceptional service, cleanliness, room, and TV. I do not use hotel internet, so I cannot comment. Good location.

Hotel is a bit old, but very well-maintained. The room I stayed in was great and spacious, with a bathtub. Good breakfast.

The room, although clean, smelled musty... the shower box leaks water into the bathroom... the TV in the room does not have the same channel lineup as the TV in the living room...

The suite we stayed in was great, but we did not like the overall hotel service. We are not referring to the staff, but to the service rules. Even though we were in a suite, there was not good room service, the menu is very limited, and when we brought snacks and wine, they informed us that we needed to rent each piece of utensils (glasses, fork, knife, plate) for R$20 each. We found this charge absurd, not only because of the cost but because these are things that one would expect a hotel to provide for its guests.
