The property is beautiful with its architecture, grounds and spaciousness. The breakfast buffet was also excellent. My room (268) was a little small.

- • The main con was the inability to charge my phone or iPad in Room 268. I plugged my 50% charged phone into the outlet to be charged with the charging sign on but awoke the next morning to the phone being completely dead which was scary as I couldn't do anything without the phone (i.e. ordering an Uber ride). I wasted half a day finding and traveling to an Apple Service Center where the technician fortunately charged my phone. I later attempted to charge my iPad and after coming back it had not charged at all and was beeping constantly like an error. I tried several outlets in the room and none worked. I resorted to charging my devices in the lobby and restaurant where it did work.

Just Marvellous
our stay was just magical. We were celebrating our 29th wedding anniversary and Devyani and the team went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our stay - we even had our own little celebration with cake, flowers and photo frames with a couple of photos of us in them. We ate in Cinnamon and Marigold - both were delicious and fairly priced. I can highly recommend this hotel to anyone

1) The best food ever - Feedback from Kabir (my 7 years old son 2) The food is to die for - Feedback form Meera (my 12 years old daughter) 3) we were here last Jun as well, and the experience is as wonderful as last year. Thanks a lot for not only maintaining the standards but actually improving it. Special thanks to Laxman, Reva and to whole staff

Our stay at Jai Mahal Palace, Jaipur was truly royal and unforgettable. The heritage ambience beautifully reflects the culture of Jaipur, creating a luxurious and peaceful atmosphere. The staff was extremely courteous, polite, and helpful. Rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, and the food was excellent with top-class service. The entire property, especially the garden area, felt very serene and luxurious. We had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay, and every moment was truly memorable. Special thanks to Aslam and Jaideep for their exceptional hospitality. Highly recommended for a royal experience in Jaipur!

Had an incredible stay at Jai Mahal Palace, Jaipur. From check-in to check-out, everything was seamless and comfortable. The palace grounds with the giant chess board and gardens are stunning. A special mention for Mr. Shiv mathur,Bhumika thakur and HK team — they was exceptionally helpful, kind, and made sure every detail was taken care of. He truly went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. I’ll definitely recommend Jai Mahal Palace to anyone visiting Jaipur. The hospitality here is unmatched.
