- • The beds were very deformed even with the mattress that does not solve the problem, I did not sleep well at all

- • I had to extend my stay during a week when a security alert was issued, but during such an emergency week, they had raised the daily rate very high (over $520 instead of the usual $300 range). Taking advantage of an emergency to raise rates is unacceptable. Also, the employees were always talking at the reception desk and had a bad attitude.

THE HOTEL ITSELF IS EXCELLENT, I HAVE SPENT 2 NEW YEAR'S EVES STAYING AT THIS WONDERFUL AND EXCELLENT PLACE. WHAT I DID NOT LIKE AND AM DISPLEASED WITH IS BOOKING. OF THE 2 ROOMS, ONE WAS FOR 3 ADULTS AND THE OTHER FOR 2 ADULTS AND 1 CHILD UNDER 4 YEARS OLD. WHEN I CHECKED IN AT MARRIOTT, THEY INFORMED ME THAT ACCORDING TO BOOKING, ONE ROOM HAD 2 BREAKFASTS AND THE OTHER 1 BREAKFAST. I HAD TO PAY THE ADDITIONAL AMOUNT.
