- • Upon check-in, the gentleman at the front desk said they were rushing to clean the room, which made us wait for almost two hours. During this time, other guests who arrived after us received their room keys and checked in. We were very puzzled as to why we were treated differently. Additionally, he informed me that I needed to use my passport to exit to Macau and a Hong Kong and Macau Travel Permit to return to Hong Kong, which contradicted what the customs had informed. Misleading information could lead to significant trouble. I am not sure if he lacks experience or professionalism.

Excellent location and spacious room, would come back next time.
The room was spacious, more spacious than expected. The lobby was very nice and the staff was helpful and friendly. The location was great, with an MTR entrance right outside the hotel, and it is a 5-7 minute walk to the actual train station. Being in Tsim Sha Tsui is very convenient, with lots of good food nearby.

- • Nothing bad to say really. The hair dryer airflow is weak, but that's like most other hotels.

Elegant and cozy
The room was elegant and comfortable. The selection of food at breakfast was extensive. The hotel is in the middle of the shopping area and a very short walk away from the waterfront. The staff was welcoming and helpful.
