Great people make for a memorable stay.
The staff were fantastic. It's a nice hotel, but that isn't what made the stay enjoyable, it was the warm staff - the breakfast team, the concierge and doormen. If we return to Lyon, we will be back at Le Hotel Royal.

- • The internet system simply drove me nuts. I had to enter my cookie preferences up to three times on every device at least once per day. It seems to be a shortcoming at all Accor hotels.

- • really old and run-down property. not 5 stars. water in sink doesnt go down. shower water weak pressure and inconsistent temperature. worn walls with holes and scratches. depressing breakfast room with no windows. elevator super slow.
