Like: Quiet room, restaurant inside the hotel, great location, helpful desk staff. Didn’t like: I was unfamiliar with the restaurant… you go get your breakfast at the buffet but a server comes to your table with a pot of coffee. He took quite a while to come even then I had to wave him over), then seemed confused by my request for coffee, then knocked over cutlery on my table (accidentally) and did not apologize.

After the shuttle driver dropped me off at the airport, I was detained by the driver as he tried to show me a picture of myself. This person he showed me was 100 lbs heavier than me, ten years younger and a a full head of hair which have none. He said we all know what you’ve done and we are going to shame you on social media. I said what are you talking about that’s not even close to me. He tried to continue to detain me and delay me further but I walked away laughing. I shared this information with Trizz at the hotel. She said it’s not their problem as they have a third party agreement with the shuttle drivers that the drive the shuttle with their logo on it. She said all I can do for this guy detaining you, calling you a liar, fat shaming you, accusing you of a crime and threatening to blackball you all over social media is offer you a small discount on your next visit and a free breakfast which is included in every stay anyway. Trizz then asked if I was still at the hotel after I explained SEVERAL times that I clearly was just dropped off at the airport. Trizz then said she would do ANYTHING to help then chose to Ignore any future messages and do nothing. stay at you own risk. Pay a few extra dollars to stay with staff that care.
