Used to be good in the past, today it’s awful
It used to be nice in the past. It’s close to the sea, but today it’s a big party from 8 o’clock in the morning till 6 o’clock in the evening, very loud. You cannot get rest.

- • It’s become a one place big party joint from the morning till the evening. The music is so loud that even with the windows closed, you cannot relax in your room. Even after contacting them several times and asking to decrease the volume, nothing happened
I liked the location and the easy access to the Dead Sea from the pool. Nice rooms and balcony. We were impressed with how attentive Andrei Simonov was, he made sure to fulfill our requests and checked in frequently.

- • The size of the spa pool needed to be much bigger given the large size of the hotel. Also, there was only one jacuzzi. And the meat selections and quality at meals were disappointing.

The staff creates a wonderfully warm and inviting atmosphere. Special thanks to Andrey, the reception manager, for his professionalism, charm, and help with any question. Every issue is dealt with immediately. I will definitely come back here and recommend it to friends!
