Great value, light on housekeeping services.
Great value was totally offset by 3 (out of 5) days of missed housekeeping service. Management on site could provide no solid reason as to why my room was not cleaned and never responded to my request for bill credit as accommodation.

Need to be refunded one night. Tried calling several times but could not get a live agent. Please refund for one night
We had to leave one night early due to health issue but we paid for Both nights. Hotel manager said to send a message so we can get a refund for one night.

- • Toilet didn’t work, phone didn’t work; so had to take all the kids to go downstairs to ask for someone to fix the toilet. They came to fix it, still didn’t work the next time it was used. Shower water everywhere. I was supposed to get a crib for the baby. I had called, did an online request twice, and at check-in. I was told it would be put in our room; but later was told they couldn’t find it. Pull out bed was thin/springs popped out, and not comfy at all enough to put a baby or toddler or anyone on. It was overly loud even though it’s by an airport which is to be expected. AC worked when it wanted to. Checked in at 3 pm and checked out at 8:30 pm the same day. It was better to drive the 2 hours home with tired and exhausted kids than stay the night. Downstairs was under construction as well. We basically checked in, left for the beach and dinner, came back to shower, attempted to go to bed and left.
Good weeks long stay.
I was there a week and appreciated the laundry facilities, business center and surprisingly well-equipped gym. The location central and the hotel was quiet. Clean and comfortable.

- • Couldn’t get the trash emptied in my room to save my life. Didn’t need new towels or bed linens but would have appreciated coffee refills (which I got from the receptionist) and the trash emptied. Got the impression they are struggling in the housekeeping area. The staff were otherwise helpful and friendly.
It met my need for the time that I was there
Didn't have breakfast check out I needed to get back to the train station before dark I was not familiar with the area and I did not trust Uber. I will visit again and I will take Uber in the future

Stay in Charleston SC
Staff was excellent and very helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Plenty of parking and centrally located.
